Cleopatra lived closer in time to the Moon landing than to the building of the Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid of Giza was completed around 2560 BC. Cleopatra was born in 69 BC — about 2,500 years after the pyramid was built. The Moon landing was 1969 AD, just 2,038 years after her birth. To ancient Egyptians of Cleopatra's era, the pyramids were already as ancient as she is to us today.
